7 Micro-Habits to Try When the New Year’s Resolutions Fail

So, we’re halfway through January… how are your New Year’s resolutions going? 

Back when I worked in corporate, I would attempt to make resolutions but found that they hardly lasted through February. Can you relate? 

Now as a functional nutritionist & wellness coach, I encourage my clients to forego this practice and instead focus on their daily micro-habits. To focus on resetting their daily habits that may have gotten a bit off track during the holidays. And the best part is that they’re able to stay on track with them for the majority of the year.

But the key to their success is that they need to choose realistic actions, aligned to habits that they’re already doing well, and not take on too much at once.
